How do you go about writing a novel?

I want to write a novel but have trouble knowing where to start. Does anyone know? Are there any websites to look at for advice?

What are the major characteristics do you think a teacher should have?

I think that a teacher should have motivation and determination in order to be a good teacher. What do you think?

obandeboy A teacher should be patient, a little strict, be able to use the principles of "o??????? ?????" ie russian meaning 'feed back mechanism'. He should once in a while challenge his students with questions based on what he has tought.
