What is your first activity when you wake up in the morning?

I usually drink a glass of water when I get up in the morning. Then I start cleaning activity : sweeping, washing dishes, and washing clothes. What about you? What is your first activity in the morning?

oby28880 when i wake up in the morning the first time i do is to say my prayers and thank God for keeping me alive.because without being alive you can not do any thing .secondly i go out for a work out, before getting set to go to work.
