Odirile Rebone Motsepe I agree. It takes alot to stand up for yourself. I would say start small and call those people out. ask them what they mean by saying those hurtful things. you can find that it might be unintentional. Assert your value in the beginning of every interaction....

Odirile Rebone Motsepe what works for me is to set an alarm and put your devise far from your bed. that way you have to get out of bed to turn it off . plus your out of bed anyways so you might as well start your day.:) hope that helps!
