The amount we should drink depends on the individual, his profession, life style and his health condition. I drink very little water and the fact that I do not drink outside water except for bottled ones makes it even more...

ohlax51 When I was involved in competitive athletics I tried to drink alot of water as I lost a lot of fluids through sweat. Now I dont believe I drink as much as I should. I tend to drink alot more soda and other soft drinks which is most likely not the best choice...
