okkhan27 i think if you need active referrals you have to exchange site with your referral, this way you might get the active referral for your program, but this option is very limited because you have to join to many sites to get a few active referrals.

okkhan27 you should try this external HD with some other computer as well if it is working then the problem might be with your computer or USB. turning off the Auto Play option for external media might help as well

okkhan27 yes its very important to click all your ads daily specially when you have some referrals aswell because most of the sites pays you for your referrals only when you are active as well.

okkhan27 Both of these are scam sites, its better to research before joining any site. ptc-investigation blog is a good place where you can find lists of scam sites and legit sites

okkhan27 if you are into some web development than i guess you should learn php. most of the websites these days use php as server side code, php with mysql database is a good combination and its not difficult to learn as well

okkhan27 install some spyware program, if you already have one update regularly, scan your computer with the antivirus and antispyware, try HyjackThis (with this you can manually disable all the unnecessary addons and manage your startup programs) very effective
