olaff123 Thanks, I'll give it a try! My grandmother used to make marvellous Swiss rolls. She gave me her recipe, but somehow her's turned out wonderful and mine awful. I really don't know why.

olaff123 We do rentals as well, and had to clean ovens and replace light bulbs for clients in the process. Real estate is no joke!
