i recently became a vegetarian and decided to do away with smoking, drinking amd meat eating, basically i gave up on violence and vengeful thought pattern, i meditate more and its nothing like hard form of yoga or hard postures...

we was having a discussion now, and it made me remember my dog that passed away, how terrible i felt because he was my pride.. he was a mastiff, thou he drolled all day but i just loved that dog.. cried like a baby when he died.....
