ottawagurl20 Thank you! I think i ill go to Bulkbarn or Costco and buy a LOT of gum. That is what i am also afraid of is eating more gaining more weight.. I guess i will carry a bottle of water with me everywhere i go and a pocket full of Gum. im also planing on walking...

ottawagurl20 I the same, im not one to take meds either. heck when I get a headache I tough it out. but my husband is quiting using Champix.. i am afraid to even touch the pills after reading the side effects. I would rather do this cold turkey as i know if i take any...

ottawagurl20 Yes it is a bad habit, it stinks and also expensive, I spend $9/day for a pack sometimes twice that amount if I smoke more. I've been smoking for 11 years and I think it's time I quit!
