Winter is coming soon. How to self-prevent from cold-sick? I have one good experience, if you have some signals of sick like have a running nose, cough or head-ache ... let rub some medicated oil under your feet and take...

paipai I don't think it's good enough. we should find the cause of running nose,cough or headache ,and cure it completely. In addition,I think the VC will be fine.

how do you say it's over? how do you say goodbye to the one you love? how do you explain that it would be better to part ways?

paipai I don't know if I love her,but I am glad to stay with her.I call her when I am free.Now,she has been gf of others.I am learning to say goodbye to her.
