how do I restrict user account to install ,delete, access files in windows xp ?

Hi, I have created a User Account in my Laptop. Now I want to restrict the user to access the files only. don't want to install and delete. how can i do this with windows setting registry.

panann But Still the user can install the software and can delete my files. Is the any other options with RegEdit to this?
