how do I restrict user account to install ,delete, access files in windows xp ?

Hi, I have created a User Account in my Laptop. Now I want to restrict the user to access the files only. don't want to install and delete. how can i do this with windows setting registry.

panann But Still the user can install the software and can delete my files. Is the any other options with RegEdit to this?

New folder virus

There is virus named "New Folder" in my laptop. How to remove this virus? i'm using AVG 8.0. But it is not removing that virus. could you please give me some tips to use anti virus to remove that "New Folder virus".

panann Php is a open source language. So any one can easily learn php.You start learn Php nowards. It will take 2 week to learn completely. But as for future opportunities jsp and java is best.

panann Yes. i'll access my gmail id daily. I'am using only gmail. infact gmail is the best mail compared to others. It is a great achievement of Google.
