If you are shy person, how to conquer it to talk well with strange people?

I am a shy boy. When talking with strange people, I will be very nervous. It is so bad. But I do not know how to improve it! Can you help me?

pandagirlexcel I can help ^^ because i get very shy with strangers too =) it's more of a psycological thing you know/. and being shy is a normal thing, but when it comes to talking to girls it cam be bad. [this was posted a long time ago...
