What treatment or remedies do u follow when you have a cold.

My brother is a doctor. Whenever we complain of common cold he will suggest just two things- full rest and warm water gargle. He will avoid medicines for these common things. I usually give my children ginger juice during colds....

panipuri Dear oza, i think you have to follow what your brother suggest after all he is a great Dr. according to me Pressing and rubbing ice on a sore is possibly thwe best known home remedy for cold sores. there are several benefits to this remedy if the ice applied...
