papiras Yes, I know because I am a photo editor.so If you want to learn about photoshop you better reffer the photoshop help.as I think that is a good start because thats the way I also start to learn it.

papiras I dont use a mouse pad. because I am using a optical mouse Because of that I need not want a pad and it is easy to me.

Optical mouse or Normal Mouse

Which mouse is better would it be and Optical mouse with Laser and no ball at the bottom or the normal mouse having a ball?

papiras If you consider about cost of mouse normal mouse is sufficiant but price is not a problem you better buy a optical mouse because it is easy to use,Durable and Normaly problem is for mouse is dust but dust is not a problem for optical mouse.

iam confused what should i buy a computer or mobile phone?

I have 60,000 Rupees in total, I want to buy 2 things A mobile phone that is i mate Jasjam which worths Rs 57,000 and a computer because my old computer is not good its a pentium 3 with 750 mhz processor. I can't play many games...

papiras I think taht if you buy motherbord,p4celeronprocessor,Ram,Power unit,vga card then you will be abel to assemble the computer with your other parts(already in your p3).aftertaht you can buy a mobile phone worth of balance in your hand.
