What age is suitable to allow children to have internet access?

Children are growing and may be spoilt if not taken good care and assistance of internet, there is so much of explict sites out there!

parv123 yes i agree they should be guided properly by elders, but they donot listen, parents must give them moral education along with their reason that whatever they see and observe that things that makes their character in long term. isnt it?
