patmontes I'm using glutawhite which is readily available OTC at drugstores.. it's 15-16 pesos per piece and i drink it with generic ascorbic acid twice a day. how about you? what do you use??

Glutathione is starting to be popular. I always see online advertisements about these pills online and in the newspaper. Does this have any side effects? Does it really work?
