paumolina16 Yes kabayan our country is included. However, you still need to apply for eon card to withdraw your paypal earnings. Thank you. =)

paumolina16 Yes, you can still apply for a paypal account through their official website. You will only need credit card/s to verify your paypal account. On a unverified paypal account, you can still send and receive payments but you cannot withdraw your paypal earnings....
