Pawnzor The sodium intake per day has to be 2000mg...when u grow older and consume a lot of salt ur heart will not be as effective as it was when u were younger and hence fluid collects around heart and lungs...limiting salt intake could lower ur bp and the fluid..

Does anyone else have a dog who barks in their sleep? Mine does. It's not a loud bark, it's actually muffled, kinda like when you talk under your breath. She starts moving her legs around too. I like to think she's dreaming...

Is it true that newborns can swim?

I heard that if you put a newborn in the water, he/she will be able to swim without any problem. They can even handle staying submerged! Is this true?

Pawnzor I guess it's the Mega Xlr which is made by a private firm and has an Ipod,Palmtop,Gprs n a 2.5 megapixel cam and is fully loaded with a 22 Gb mem.Best i cn think of rite now
