sara peng you can try to use your laptop charger to charge other laptops, if it still not working, then your laptop charger goes wrong, but if your charger can charge other laptops, that means something goes wrong with your laptops

sara peng i think charging through usb port of laptop is pretty slow, i usually use my laptop ac adapter which has a usb port , so while charging my laptop ,i can also charge my smart phone, it's pretty fast ,but i also use power banks, it's convenient
