What is the most weight you have lost in one month ?

Each time I diet I only seem to lose the most weight the first week and after that it is only a few . On weight watcher the first month I lost close to 15 lbs. What about you guys? What diet were you on ?

pghrob25 Metschica, As you know the atkins diet worked for me , but i always had to sneak food. I lost about 30 the first month. 50 when I started work at the postoffice just from all the walking.this was over a couple of months. peace and love
