phildonus I am also a victim of this same criminal action by the IRS. In 1983 The IRS seized a insurance claim payoff check to me approx. $125,000.00 on the eroneous basis I owed approx. $3,000.00 in payroll taxes. They refunded me aprrox. $80,000.00. I got ripped off...
