Losing weight in Zumba!!!

Have you attended a Zumba class? Its a fun way of working out and losing weight. The music alone makes my heart pumping. Sometimes the machines at the gym makes me feel lazy and board until I learned of Zumba. Whoa...working out...

Need advice with my allergy.

I have seasonal allergy and every year it seems to get worse. Tried different medication every allergy season but never tried the allergy shot. Will it helps if I will do the shot instead of taking meds?
