pinkster Not a good idea. You might run into some complications like I had before. I guess it depends also on the ingredient that was on it. My personal experience, I have been taking some fat burner and its great from the beginning. I lost almost 10lbs within 20 days...

I have seasonal allergy and every year it seems to get worse. Tried different medication every allergy season but never tried the allergy shot. Will it helps if I will do the shot instead of taking meds?

pinkster wonder if the shot makes you sleepy too...I never do flu shot but I think allergy shot will do....that's how bad my allergy is...its not the season yet but I'm already suffering from it...Thank you.

pinkster Yeah...i have seen an allergist and Found out that I have few stuffs That triggers my allergy but sad to say they can't really do much about it. the medications I'm taking must be changed every year because sometimes you get immune to it and it might not work...
