If the Gym is getting more benefit from your membership fees than You are,it's probably a good time to quit, save the money, and invest in some home exercise equipment..

It is not quite recommended for you to go to gym during night time. Because that is the time when your body shutting most of the system down. So even if you do a lot of work out, it may not be that effective compared to doing it in late afternoon which is the time most people back from work. Your body will still be alert that time and you can do some simple warm up and proceed with what you are aiming for.

While getting or keeping fit is an excellent idea, not having the time to fit some Gym time into your busy schedule is only going to benefit the Gym,and not You..If you haven't the time to go to the Gym,maybe it's time to bring the Gym to You..There are numerous exercise plans available online that don't require expensive equipment-I recall seeing one that could be used by someone confined to a cell with NO equipment All it takes is the determination to get yourself into shape..Outside help and equipment are optional..Good Luck

That's sometimes the problem, isn't it? When we signed up and found out that we can come at anytime the gym is open, we'd think that we'd use the gym as much as possible to maximize the benefits. I suppose those gyms know how much to charge as if we'd come every day while knowing very well that most members would not be able to make it seven days a week.

I know! Here is what I do and maybe it helps. I put some dumbbells in each room. If I go into the kitchen I do 6 to ten reps (biceps, triceps, etc.). When I go into the bathroom, the same thing. I just make sure that I do some king of simple exercise whenever I enter a room in the house. At the end of the day, I've done quite a bit of exercising :)

try attending Zumba class. I used to have so many excuses of not going to the gym until I tried Zumba class. From then on I made myself available everytime there is a zumba class. It is a fun way of working out that I would even go after work because I don't wanna miss it.

Yeh, that's hard. Most people I know go before work, or after work, even if they're tired. Maybe you could just grab a snack and go after work. Have someone else cook the dinner, or I'm sure they can wait until you come home. Maybe you can cook some dinners and freeze them so all they have to do is stick them in the oven or microwave.

You can still work out and do your exercises even at the comforts of your own home. You can invest in some exercise tools that doesn't take up much space, foldable, and affordable. You can have a videotape of home aero and get those dumb bells to add to the level of difficulty of the exercise routine.
