pinoyworx Hi there drinking natural vitamin C works but alkaline vitamin C is better absorbed by the body and works better you should try it sometime is still your cough doesn't get any better!

pinoyworx Hi there guys, it looks like your immune system has lowered. What you need is vitamin C and one which can be absorbed by your body more and i'm talking about Vital C an alkaline vit. C or simply sodium ascorbate. It should work. You can try it. sorry that I...
