Plant Nerd Yes!!! Absolutely! Lemon and lime are very alkalizing fruits (despite their acidic taste) to include in our diet. I certainly recommend using a straw, as the acids present can wreak havoc on your tooth enamel. I enjoy lemon water in the morning. It definitely...

Plant Nerd Wow!!! Unreal!! I'm only now hearing about this, but wow - so unfortunate. There is so much availability of strawberries during the summer months. Why buy frozen!? yikes! A wish of wellness to those affected. Xx
