Lily Allen-White trash?

I love Lily Allen..and I'm in the US. However, when I was looking her up on the internet I saw a bunch of UK people calling her white trash!! Why? I mean what has she done to be called that? I found it really disconcerning...

plummet I think they say that because she attempts to portray a "street" persona on her record. She talks about drugs, drinking, fights, crime etc. I think her griminess is attempt to be like her idols like Dizzie Rascal, etc. I like her anyway. White trash or not. If...

The first 2-3 minutes was some of the funniest TV I have seen in a very long time, what did the rest of you think?

plummet I thought the Jim imitating Dwight thing was funny, but the rest was all concept. The guys at my office thought it was hilarious. I don't know. I though Phylis' wedding episode was funnier...but whatever right? Bill
