K.Rajib G. Hi yolanda, That is fine that you have a sort of mixed dream in the evening and rest of the sleeping hour is ok. and writing diary is a good habit too. I used to write earlier now do not feel like. I rather compose poems. Thanks for sharing.

K.Rajib G. Hi sameroad, That is the better way to get a deep and sound sleep - just ware yourself out. Many people have insomnia only because they have no physical movement and heavy task to carry out. Thanks for the response.

K.Rajib G. Hi there, Even I am not among those hitting the pillow and going off. I take 20 minutes to 30 minutes before all go blank in front of me. But you have really less amount as compared to that of others. Might be you are under stress or the like.

K.Rajib G. Yes Uday sleep is important. And we need to sleep at least 6 hours. Whenever you feel like sleeping in the class go and get a glass of water.

K.Rajib G. Hi, No , I do not think you have insomnia due to nap. you believe me when I have time I sleep two to three hours after lunch and have the same sleep at night without any problem. I hope you get over this soon.
