pollytoast I have contacted them several time now through support but no response, I do not know how to clear cookies and cache but I will try to work that out and see if it helps, I have never had to do that before though.

pollytoast I have done that three or four times now since yesterday and still no response, when you send a support it says you will receive a confirmation email, but I am not even getting that.

pollytoast yes, hadn't actually thought of that but just did it and same screen is coming up asking to validate my email address with a code.

pollytoast Working in a busy restaurant would be quite tiring especially if you are on your feet all day so it would be very beneficial for you to drink enough water so good on you for doing so.

pollytoast While I was on a low carb diet I had to get most of my water from drinking water as the foods on that diet do not have enough water in them to be sufficient.

pollytoast thank you for you're response, yes I used to have water on y desk at work and it would be poured away at the end of the day! I think the first time in my life that I drank enough water each day was when I was pregnant with my son and I was 27.

pollytoast me too, I drink wine now as beer would make me go so much it would ruin the night as I would niss so many parts of each conversation from going top the toilet.
