Posnett I was recently made redundant and went from using my mobile phone an average of 30 times a day to zero use. Its crazy how much you become dependent on it. I wonder is a mobile phone really as essential as everyone thinks??

Posnett We have 2 small dogs. I dont think the coat type idea is necessary. We take them out for several short walks instead of a long walk to minimise exposure.

Posnett TRy switching it off for a day and not using it. You will be well impressed how dependent we have become on mobiles. Crazy then that only 25+ years ago, they more or less didn't exist!
