Here what has happened accidently? do you think the action of Gere was accidental? Not at all. Have you seen the vedio clippings of the ridiculous action in the TV? If you see that you won't say it was accidental. It was a deleberate move from the part of the guest. Why do you go to justify a lunatic action of somebody?

What Richard Gere did was wrong. He should have not done that and / or either Shilpa also might have warned him as the incident is in a public place. Indians are still Indians only and we have some moral and we can't just accept these sort of non-sense in the public.

I guess in that culture you have to be married to someone inorder to kiss them and since they are not married, that is really bad in their eyes somehow.

For Indians, kissing in public is a crime.....lol. Now a days Indian thinking has changed a lot, but 80% people are still following the same culture which was followed by their forefathers, and believe me it is a wondeful culture. They believe a man can kiss only his wife , and even to his wife he cannot kiss in public as it will have bad effect on young generation. Well .....things have changed now, so I don't think they should really take this simple act so seriously. I am sure soon people will forget about this.

this a truly indescent attitude towards indian culture.both of them should be properly punished. b ering present there for an aids campaign thery should not behave like that.it's an act that makes indian culture corroded.
