Lydia1901 Hi Joey, I am the same way. I hate change as well. But once the change takes place and I accept it, it isn't too bad at all. I think the trick is to be open minded and welcome all changes regardless of how hard it might be for us to accept them at first.

Lydia1901 Hi Polachicago, That's so cool. I wish I could say I dry my fruits at home but I don't. I prefer to buy them already that way. I never tried dried oranges before but I did try apricots and mangoes. They happen to be my favorite dried fruits.
