Happy Birthday to Pope Benedict XVI, April 2007. Thank you for releasing a book: "Jesus of Nazareth". We hope that Pope benedict XVI be a Great Leader to bring peace in the world. What's your hope to him?

I just hoped that he would standardize the Catechism of the Church, though all Catholics believes in one faith, what they study about the faith indeed differs a lot from church to church. Standardization not only keeps in check with is being taught, but also reduce the workloads of the Catechists. Beside, the parents are the main Catechist in a child's life.

You're right. Parents are important for children's education. I think that Pope Benedicts should do standardizatioon of Catechism of the Church

farnix, and I hope he will reverse some of the "reforms" of the Second Vatican Council that really went too far. Too far, I mean, in dragging the religion down to a low level.

Well, I don't think they would hold the third Vatican Council any time soon, cos if I'm not mistaken, it's held once every few centuries. And furthermore, the decisions and policies made during the Second Council can't be revised without holding the Third Council.
