DeenaD No, I don't think there is anything anti-Catholic about practicing yoga. I think most people, or at least most Westerners, who practice yoga do so as a mental and physical exercise, and not as a statement of their religious beliefs.

DeenaD It depends. If I am traveling through a scenic location with a lot of beautiful views, I am happy just to look out the window. Otherwise, I will read or listen to music. Sometimes I talk to the other passengers in the car.
