I am interested in starting a small business sometime in 2011. After acquiring HTML and CSS, which web design language would currently be the most useful to learn in order to begin creating websites?

Poison Ivy

I believe that I have a patch of poison ivy here. If anyone can tell me for certain whether or not this is poison ivy, please have a look at my picture.

I found this three leaf plant growing all around my property, and I am worried that it might be poison ivy. I have a young son who likes to explore, so naturally I am concerned. Can anyone tell me what this plant is?
