Your recipe that has drawn the most raves

I've received raves for my couscous with veggies, my upside down pear cake, and my vegan chocolate ice cream.

I make a very simple variation on pork chops that's notable for the fact that it gets my sister, who loathes onions, to actually eat and enjoy them! I sautee the onions, then add the pork chops, usually rubbed with sage, salt, pepper - but you could use whatever herbs you like for pork. After panfrying the pork until the outside is browned a bit, I add two cups of apple cider. I cook this until it is reduced (remove the pork chops whenever they're done to your liking). This makes a lovely glaze full of caramelized onions to pour over the pork chops.
