Okay heres what I'm looking for
Your opinion of my website, good or bad
What you would change
More links to add. I'm looking for more get paid to post forums, and get paid to do offers stuff. If you are the first to post a program yours will be added. I do reserve the right to remove it though. I'm also looking for more paid to blog sites.

My honest impression of your website is this. It's well laid out with lots of helpful information. However, I think your first page is too wordy. If you could summarize your links or somehow put them at the top with some interesting (but simple) graphics, I bet you would get more hits.
Don't delete your text, as I think it's very interesting and helpful to understand why you created the site. But most people see lots of words and instantly flash back to high school research papers and freak out and go to another site.
That's just my two cents though. Good luck with your site promotion!
