Does it bother me? Not in the sense that I have an overwhelming need to get awy from crowds. I just prefer a more quiet exsistance. I grew up in country and always liked that better then the city. I can handle crowds if I have to but I prefer not to be around them if I can help it.

Yeah I'm back sort of. Right now I don't have a whole lot of time to spend on here. But I try to get on at least once or twice a week. I'm hoping that things will settle down in a couple of months and will alow me to be on here more regular. I'm planning on moving here in a month or two and will be looking for a place more in the country.

I hate crowds so I do try to go places when there is less people. I like to set up vacations during off seasons. I go to the grocery store during the week during the day so there are less people. I tend to go to resturants at about 3 or 4 pm for dinner so I know I will get my food in a reasonable amount of time. If I walk into one place and it's too crowded I will turn around and go some place else. Crowds usually mean it will take longer to do what you have to do because you must wait for others so I try to be sure my life is not wasted always waiting for others.

I'd prefer to do my shopping during the less busy hours, but I live way out in BFE, and when I am in town, it is usually during peak hours. My classes let out at 11:30 am (right around noon rush), 4pm (right around dinner rush & traffic rush hours), and 9pm (must be snack rush, lol--dunno, but the stores always seem to be slammed then too). About restaurants--I will avoid lunch and dinner rushes at all costs. If I'm hungry, I'm grumpy. That's not the time for me to be kept waiting for a table. The best time to get lunch is late--between 2 & 4pm. The best time to get dinner is either early, around 4-4:30pm or late, around 8:30-9pm. Very rarely do I find myself in a waiting situation at those hours unless the local James Dean festival/car shows are going on or it's prom time.

I don't like crowded places and I will drive miles out of my way to avoid them. I could shop in the local supermarkets but I much prefer to drive to the country where there is lots of parking and I can shop in comfort. As for restaurants, I will usually try to book a table for a time when I know the restaurant will not be too busy. I don't like to go at a time when there are lots of noisy children running around the place. I will do anything for a quiet life.

Yes, super crowded places bother and annoy me. I hate going to the mall before Christmas when it seems that everyone is there. It takes me forever to buy anything and get in and out of there so I prefer places with less people. Now I don't like it when there is only 1 or two other people in the same place but an average amount of people is ok. Not too crowded and not too empty, basically.

I like going to places with large amounts of people and places that do not have as many people. Usually if I want to go somewhere where it is quiet than I choose going to a less crowded area like a neighborhood park or another park in the area or maybe the library. I do like going to the beach, movies and sporting events as those things are more enjoyable when there are other people around and do not care about the noise levels.

Then I know you would love it out here in the desert where I am. So peaceful and beautiful.

I don't like crowds at all, and feel nervous, I avoid crowds like in the high streets and concerts for example, I feel closed in, sort of like claustophobic and get edgy and irritable. I always seek out places which are quiet and more relaxed, weekends are the worst, going out shopping, food shopping in the evenings is much better and less queues too. I also like beaches which are not over-crowded with families. I am calmer when I'm on my own and at peace.

I myself do not like crowds, I never have. I like to be there when there are fewer people. The service and atmosphere is better.

I do not like crowds or noise. I like to be alone, and I like peace and quiet. I live way out in the desert, and love it. On a rare occassion, I will enjoy a noisy and crowed place. Like a concert or festival.

It's not so much crowded places that bother me, it's the fact that when there are crowded places, there's invariably a high proportion of inconsiderate pedestrians. This is not to say that all pedestrians are inconsiderate - I'm a non-driving pedestrian myself - but there are SO many of them who seem completely oblivious to everyone and everything else around them. They overtake you on the street, then walk at a snail's pace once they've passed you, or just stop walking altogether. Some of them amble aimlessly in a large group, which seems to move in such a way as to block you just as you're about to pass, then stops abruptly so you almost walk into the back of them. Then there are the blind speed merchants, who walk at full pelt, expecting everyone else to get out of their way, or practically mowing them down. For a short-a$$ like me, that's the worst kind. Unless I'm wearing high-heels and stride purposefully, they plough into me every time! So, no, it's not the crowding that bothers me: it's the selfish idiots who comprise those crowds!

I don't like crowded place. I try to avoid crowded place and crowded time as much as I can. I hate to stand in queue when go for shopping in weekend. That's why try to go sunday evening because at that time stroes are less crowded than saturday. I hat to go to a restuarant when its so crowded and tables are to be clean and you just wait standing untill they clean the table. There are so much trouble in crowded place.

Yes, it really does bother me to be in crowded places. not just places with people all around me, touching me, pushing into me, exhaling in my inhale space etc. but also streetways that are crowded or even if there are not many cars the buildings that line the roads are tall and many - making it so you can not see above or around them. i get very claustrophobic in such congested places.

Crowded place bother me alot. I suffer from anxiety and when there are too many people around I tend to get aggrivated easily. I try to do my shopping when there aren't alot of people out. But when that can't be done, I do my shopping very quickly.

I have never enjoyed going to places that are crowded. I feel trapped and usually find a safe haven away from people. When I get on a bus that is packed I have to control my anxiety if people stand too close to me. I like my own space and feel threatened if someone invades it. I very rarely go to markets and shopping centres I usually visit once a year. I live very close to the West End of London which is a massive shopping area. I can't remember the last time I went. It is a battle with the crowds all the time and this is not a pleasure to me. Maybe this is why I do must of my shopping online. peace and quiet and crowd free is how I like it:)

I absolutely cannot stand to shop in a crowded place. I will leave and come back when it isn't as crowded! As for dining, I don't mind a crowd if the estabishment is well-prepared for a crowd and having the crowd doesn't mean poorer food quality, service and the like. I guess all-in-all I prefer places that are less crowded.
