eaforeman6 I just buy them all. Everytime that I go shopping , just add another one or two. It is healthy for us and they are sure better than salt . The only problem maybe finding enough room for them all.

eaforeman6 They are far and few between. I still use a vcr and the tapes. They are fading away fast. It was nice to pick up tour popcorn while you were there. There is good and bad to this, don't you think?

eaforeman6 I started some low impact excercises and they have helped. It is not a cure if you have degeneration but it does help with pain management. I would check with a doctor before starting any excercise program because it does depend on why your back...
