eaforeman6 I just buy them all. Everytime that I go shopping , just add another one or two. It is healthy for us and they are sure better than salt . The only problem maybe finding enough room for them all.

eaforeman6 I started some low impact excercises and they have helped. It is not a cure if you have degeneration but it does help with pain management. I would check with a doctor before starting any excercise program because it does depend on why your back...

eaforeman6 Just plain vegetable oils are the best for your feet and hands. I t seems it lasts longer and does more with no bad reactions. If you cannot find something that works, you may want to try it.
