if your child hurt by other child,but teacher abuse your child,what you will do

Earlier this year in school my daughter experienced a girl that would hit her at recess. My daughter went to the teacher who was supervising the recess about the girl hitting her but nothing was done so she told her classroom teacher about it as well. The girl lost 10 minutes of recess time. All this did was make my daughter a target from then on. Everyday at recess the girl would bully her. My daughter kept going to the teachers about the matter but the teachers didn't know how to handle the matter because this girl was doing it to alot of other children. I went in talked to the teacher as well as the principal. They assured me that they would put an end to the matter, that my daughter would be safe. That worked for a couple days but then went back to her hitting my child. At that point I demanded a meeting with the bullies parents. I explained to them what was happening. My daughter hasn't been hit since.

if i happen to be present, i'll tell the teacher what has really happened. my child is too young to defend himself. i will not blame the other child myself because i don't think i have the right to do so in the kindergarten.
