lucy67 perhaps the same chair, table, and PC ... are the causes. when you hold a particular position or posture for a long period of time, you may feel pain in your lumbar, shoulder or neck. you may do some exercises or some other things to avoid the pain.

lucy67 in most cases, i check my post before submitting. but some spelling mistakes can not be avoided. when i find them, i feel sorry but i have no way to correct them. i hope mylot can permit us to correct our own mistakes or can mark out spelling mistakes.
