more lunch or more dinner?

which of this helps u maintain good health without digestion problems?

1.few are many meal;dines must fixed time. 2.the smoke,the drink and the pungent seasoning do not eat excessively. 3.to choice rice,the wheaten food are easy to digest. 4.chews carefully. 5.does not eat the night,in order to avoid aggravating the burden of stomach.

heavy breakfast is better... because your body is much active in the morning where it can burn enough while in the afternoon you do not move a lot and there is tendency that you will take a nap in the afternoon.. much more in the evening you cannot burn much because you mostly sit a lot and retire early...

I think a good heavy lunch is good for health more than dinner. But some people don't like to take heavy lunch because of working time. In that case if you take a light lunch, you can take a little heavey dinner, but you should take it early like around 6 o'clock.

i prefer to have more lunch than dinner. i have more time to digest my food after lunch than after dinner. i am also more active during lunch so it is easier to have my food digested. compared when after dinner, where i would just lie in the sofa waiting to feel sleepy.

i prefer to have more lunch than dinner because i don't like to eat heavy food at night before going to sleep.eating heavy food at night can cause indigestion.

I've heard lunch should be the largest meal of the day. That's when your body is at its peak for digestion. Also, eating a lot before going to bed can lead to indigestion.

dont eat more and dont increase u r dite just eat healthy food and be healthy dont eat more just eat fruits and have milk

big meal for lunch that will definitely give you energy for the rest of the day and a little for dinner.

is there any connection? i don't know that kind of thing can help the digestion problem... i eat in the same amount both luch n dinner... sometimes i snack in between them... i eat a lot if i have a party :)
