body tattoos or body piercing?

what do you want to put on your body?tattoos or piercing?hhmm..i'll go for piercing..i want to have a pierce here in my belly button..coz it looks sexy especially when your on a beach and wearing two piece..hehe!but i am afraid because a friend of mine said that it was very painful..
i dont want tattoos because i know that it is also much painful than piercing..and it is difficult to remove because it will leave a scar which is kelloid..i only want to put tattoo on my body if it is only henna..(which is removable..)

i already have some tattoos-i'm going add more when
i have the money.tattoos really don't hurt that much,
it's only when you're closest to the bone that they get really sensitive.
the only piercings i really have is on the ears right now.i might get others later,but i haven't decided yet.

I don't do both tattoo and piercing for myself. Because I am afraid of the pain. The procedure is so suffering.

i both, tattoos and piercings..and i want more lol. I have my daughters name and birthday tattooed on my right shoulder blade..thats a work in progress I want to add something really pretty to that. And I have a bird that is my version of a phoenix on my left side..My tongue and ears are pierced and I had my labret..and want that done again..

I used to have my tongue pierced with a 12 gauge, it was good times but then I needed an x-ray so I had to put a plastic retainer in it, got lazy and left it in too long and ended up biting it off a year later and breaking it.
I'd like to get a tattoo but I can't commit on any one design enough to make it there for life.

aarrgghhh!tounge piercing! I dont want that! I believe that it was so painful. and It will take you a few weeks before you can eat a regular meal. because most of the food that you can eat is porridge. so how's your tounge now? does it feels hurt?

For me the actual piercing hurt a lot, but a few days later it was ok. Some swelling and couldn't eat regular food for about 3-5 days. Now it is all closed up and healed although there is a little mark where it used to be.

i would not want either. i don't want to mutilate my body further than my two earring holes. by the way, i heard somewhere that the belly button piercings are really painful and will take some time to heal.

I have both tats and a piercing...I have 6 tattoos and my toungue pierced. I use to have my belly done but it got ripped out on my jeans so I wont have it done again. I do want my nipples pierced next...and alot more tattoos...
