quick Always good to be prepared. I have a grab and go emergency bag but really it's a "SHTF" type bag so hopefully never need to utilize it. But also have some smaller kits for smaller emergencies and such.

quick It's always the thought that counts. Although I suppose it might be a bit odd if it was an ex-lover's ring. But a family heirloom, or second hand ring from a friend, family member, or store is fine.

quick I used to do more outdoor like running and mountain biking but due to some health issues I now do mostly inside the gym work like lifting, stretching, and swimming.
