Betty having a bad night

I absolutely love Ugly Betty it's a great show. I am so happy that Betty is starting to get a backbone. After all the times Betty has bailed Daniel out of trouble, he was very wrong to treat her like that at the nightclub when she was trying to look out for his best interests. I'm glad she ignored his call for help. That's the point he always expects her to drop everything in her life when it is convient for him. She has been a really good friend to Daniel and she goes above and beyond duty on her job and he really acted like a jerk last night. I also like the way that she stood up to Christina. I think Betty's apperance is part of her appeal. I think her clothing is hillarious but it makes her more endearing that she doesn't really care what people think. She wears what she likes and what she thinks will make her happy. Although her hair and outifits are hideous, her inner beauty always shines through which makes her the most beautiful person in the room. Of course in the real world I would never let my friend or family member walk out of the house wearing that. :-)

I was glad to see her stand up for herself too. She's really let Daniel take advantage of her. He sure got himself in a mess though? Hope he can get himself out of it? I think her sister is letting Betty be her own person. Seems like they've talked about her clothes in past shows once or twice. I wouldn't want my sister looking like that, but if that's really what she wanted to wear, I wouldn't stop her.

Yeah, Daniel is certainly gonna regret saying that. I think Betty's wardrobe is a result of not only being uninterested in fashion but also of being poor. Not everyone can afford to buy all the clothes that are in style, especially when the clothing industry intends to make sure fashion changes every month. Betty has three mouths to feed besides her own. Honestly, I think what Betty wore to work looked better than any of those outfits she was trying on before she and Christina went out to the club. I really hope Christina can work her way out from under Wilomena's thumb soon, though. I like her.

LOL I love this show. I was so glad she did that to Daniel tonight when he called. Yea sometimes it's hard to believe they can make her look like that for TV. She is so pretty in real life. I know I wouldn't let my sister walk out of the house looking like that.

I was shocked at Daniel being that rude to Betty. Sure she embarressed him but I don't think she deserved that. Afterall, she was only trying to help him. And as for when she told him she punched out, I was also gald. She madea stand against Daniel and I think that was really great of her. As for letting your sister walk out like that, i don't think i would lol. But i think that their family is about "being yourself". If that's how betty chooses to dress, the rest of her family doesn't say anything against it. I expect they think about it to themselves though lol.
