mflower2053 wow never heard any of that before. I always eat tomatoes and cucumbers together. I don't really care for cooked tomatoes. I rather eat them fresh. The ones my husband grows are alot better then the ones found in the store.

mflower2053 The best thing that helped me lose weight was cutting back and changing somethings. Instead of whole milk we switched to reduced, other things we were buying fat free and reading labels. I would still have cookies and chips but you just have to limit yourself...
