I usually wash and change my bedsheets when I've finished washing clothes. I've been told that sheets should be changed at least once a week. How often do you change your sheets? Why?

Hello Miamilady, We change them every Sunday. I'd actually love to sleep on fresh linens every night, but I'd never have time to do anything but the laundry if I gave in to that wish. Most of the time I hang our sheets out to dry on the clothesline. They're crisp and clean, and smell like fresh, mountain air.

I love the feel of sheets dryed on a clothes line, nothing else quite like it. Now if I wasn't so lazy I would iron mine, they feel great if they are starched, but I am much to lazy to iron sheets.

bedsheet - change bedsheet regularly
I will change my bedsheets whenever i feel it is not clean anymore, most of the time I will wash it once in two weeks, there may not be an optimal figure for how often you have to wash the bedsheets, but the fact is the bedsheets contain alot of dust which we cannot see it by our eyes, these dust is not healthy for your respiration system, therefore, we should clean the bedsheet regularly.

I usually do them once a week. For that was the way my mom did it. also in the summer you might sweat alot while asleep and it makes the room smell. Always love the feel of a clean sheet next to me also the smell of a clean sheet.

I change mine once a week. If it's easier to change and wash, I would wanna change mine twice a week. I feel like bedsheets only feels good the first three days, after that it's all wrinkled, it doesn't feel as good. My baby's, I change it once a week too, sometimes when I feel like it, I change it every after 3 days. Her's is easy because they're small.

Once a week, sometimes once every other week. It's just what I've been told to do.

I washed my bedsheets, pillow cases and comforter every week too. I want a fresh sheet every weekend when I spend more time in bed with hubby.

Once a week if not more frequently, my gf is allergic to dust and dustmites so it's kind of inescapable a task, also more frequently if the dog gets a notion to hurl in her fav nap place, our bed.Gahh,lol.

I change my bedsheets once a week. And I do it faithfully. Because I saw a show on Opra one day and you should see the little critters that we cant even see. If we dont wash them often we will get bed bugs. YUK It makes me scratch just thinking about it.LOL

I am a nurse, therefore I have to change patient's linen every single day whatever is dirty or not. but my personal, I only change my sheet when I feel like to. the problem is it will maintain health and prevent bacterial growth if you change the sheet more fanquently.
