How often do you change your bedsheets?

I usually wash and change my bedsheets when I've finished washing clothes. I've been told that sheets should be changed at least once a week. How often do you change your sheets? Why?

chingyau I am a nurse, therefore I have to change patient's linen every single day whatever is dirty or not. but my personal, I only change my sheet when I feel like to. the problem is it will maintain health and prevent bacterial growth if you change the sheet more...
