I think that the worst episode for me was the one where the Chiefs wife gave him the ulitmatum of either the hospital or their marraige. It was so sad,because it really does seem like the hospital was his life, and his wife came up second.

I think the worst episode would have to be the one where Meredith and Derrick had to put their dog to sleep. Way too sad for me! The McVet may have made things more complicated but he helped Derrick realize how he felt about Meredith. Plus, he's really hot!

that espisode was really heartbreaking.
i really felt eamotional upon watching it upon knowing
that the dog would die soon and so is the relationship of Meredith and Mcdreany but luckily, it wasn't a premonition.

for me, the worst episode was the one where they mixed in addisons new show Private Practice and grey's anatomy.
